How long does it take to receive my custom luggage?
Since each piece is handcrafted to your specific color preferences, production typically takes 5-10 business days. Standard shipping usually adds another 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is the return policy for customized items?
We want you to love your design. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day return policy. Even though your luggage is custom-made, we accept returns for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee.
Are ROAM suitcases covered by a warranty?
Yes, all ROAM luggage comes with a lifetime warranty. This covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, and zippers. We believe in the durability of our premium materials.
Where is ROAM luggage manufactured?
Every piece of ROAM luggage is hand-assembled in our workshop located in the United States. We use high-quality global materials, including 100% virgin polycarbonate shells from Germany.
Does ROAM luggage fit international carry-on standards?
Our 'The Carry-On' is designed to fit in the overhead bins of most major domestic and international airlines. For smaller regional jets, we recommend 'The Front Pocket Carry-On' for the best fit.
